April Year in Review

It has been a couple of weeks since I last scrapped............that last LO must have really sapped my mojo! LOL!!
So today, armed with Kym's sketch for May, which I have resized to suit my album, and a kit from What Old Is New, I got cracking.
The kits Mel puts together are fantastic value. This is the third LO I have made from this particular kit and I still have plenty to do another 2-3 LO's.
Here are all the Mum's together on Mother's Day. This does not happen very often so I made sure plenty of photos where taken!

TFSB!

Domestic Goddess CC

The Cybercrop at Articstic Document this month will run from Friday the 21st until Sunday 30th of May. Somewhat longer than usual but this is no ordinary CC!!
It is based on being a Domestic Goddess.....................or not, depending on how you wish to approach the crop LOL!
Most girls will approach the CC in a very lighthearted manner and have already been busy putting together their portfolios to hold the challenges they choose to do in them.
So head on over and check out Kym's detailed instructions on how to make your very own portfolio and join in the fun!
Ciao for now

It's May?

I cant believe how fast the months are just flying by.....it will be Christmas before we know it - yikes!
First of the month means new challenges and here is mine for the girls at Artistic Document
I have given them a list of criteria and they need to start at the top and work their way down the list. Or course I have put what I consider to be the harder things at the top.(I'm so nasty sometimes LOL) So I figure if they get half way down the rest should be easy!!

Here's the list
1. paint - directly onto LO
2. pp
3. fabric/felt
4. handmade embellishment
5. button/brads
6. chipboard
7. doodling
8. transparency
Here is my example

This was actually a challenge layed down to me from my BF Emma............she wanted me to scrap in Stacey Young's style. Check out her blog!

My head is still whirling at how much 'stuff' this woman puts on her layout - just amazing.
